– ConAgra Foods reduced accidents in its plants by as much as 50% and reduced turnover and absenteeism by 27% and 24% respectively.

– Owens Corning improved productivity by 9%, cut accidents by 82% and generated a 14% increase in return on net assets.

– An ITT operation in Texas improved on-time delivery by more than 30%.

Jim is an internationally recognized business adviser, leadership coach, author, speaker and leader of the Jim Shaffer Group, a team of seasoned advisers devoted to improving strategy execution through strong leaders and engaged people.

Previously, Jim was a principal, vice president and global leader of a Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) center of excellence. He was an architect and leading practitioner of the firm’s change management consulting practice.
