Courtney Boone

As Vice President of Global Communications for Westinghouse Electric Company, Courtney develops and drives the company’s global communications strategy across all channels, product lines and regions to serve both internal and external audiences. She counsels C-Suite and senior management and serves as spokesperson for proactive outreach with media organizations, executive media engagement and crisis communications.

Courtney leads the company’s community relations and corporate giving strategy to build relationships between community organizations where Westinghouse – and its customers – live, work and operate.

As Director of External Communication and Community Relations at U. S. Steel, Courtney directed all external communications for the Fortune 200 company and its workforce of 35,000. Prior to joining U. S. Steel, she was press secretary for both Senators Ted Stevens and Arlen Specter.
